She worked in her Fathers restaurant in the state of New Jersey where she still resides today. She married Joe Vitale, October 23rd, 2009. Laura has become a YouTube superstar having joined in 2010 and uploaded over 1050 recipe episodes. She was chosen by YouTube co founder Chad Hurley as YouTubes 'NextChef'.
